The Waiheke Lodge is an ideal getaway - seemingly on another planet, yet only a 35 minute ferry ride from the Auckland CBD, the island is a world away.
Offering space for day-conferences for 25 or more with accommodation for 17 in separate beds in 5 shared rooms (22 maximum). Plenty of space for break-out meetings and for catering in two separate dining areas, plus a separate lounge and kitchen. When the sun is shining, which is most of the time on Waiheke, the huge outside deck can be used for discussion groups - the Waiheke Lodge even has bean-bags for creative slouching.
The large flat screen TV is ideal for presentations linking to your laptop with HDMI and a single press on the Harmony remote plus AUX input to Hi Fi surround sound media system to add quality sound.
To ensure your business carries on as normal, the Waiheke Lodge has perfect Mobile coverage both Spark and Vodafone networks (inc 2 degrees and skinny mobile) and two independent Internet providers supply unlimited dual WiFi throughout the building.
We have free use of whiteboards, flipcharts and whiteboard pens. We can also arrange other stationary to make your visit simpler if you wish, together with conference tables and chairs should you prefer a more formal setting.
For the chilly winter months, all bedrooms have heaters and all king and queen beds have electric blankets. Upstairs in the lounge there is a cosy wood burning stove (wood included) adding atmosphere to enhance your creativity. All bedrooms have double USB charging points.
